As many of you know “May the 4th” is right around the corner and with the unspoken title of national Star Wars Day I couldn’t think of a better place to spend the day than at Walt Disney World’s Hollywood Studios, home of “Star Tours” and everything Star Wars including Disney’s NEW Galaxy’s Edge opening August 29,2019.
Hollywood Studios is home to great Star Wars fun from the ever changing Star Tours with a new adventure almost every time you ride and amazing themed meet and greets with your favorite Characters like Chewbacca, BB-8, Kylo Ren, and more!
Witness great entertainment from the March of the First Order down Hollywood Boulevard, to the live stage show where our favorite characters join together to relive our favorite moments of the Star Wars universe. Kids can even partake in real Jedi training. Finish the night with Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular as the night sky is lit up, in an out of this world firework show.

There are so many more hidden gems through-out the park don’t miss stopping by the Launch Bay where you are immersed in special exhibits featuring costumes, models, concept artwork and actual movie props. Experience a behind the scenes film of what went into creating the Star Wars Saga and maybe even meet a friend or two and make a trade with a Jawa.

In addition to all the great Star Wars fun, Disney’s Hollywood Studios has just added a separate ticketed “May the 4th” after hours event featuring special character meet and greets, Specialty food and drink and of course specialty merchandise.
